My name is Susanna Aich. I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker practicing in the state of Arkansas. I graduated with a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Arkansas Little Rock in 2017. I have been in private practice since October of 2020. I have two practice locations: Conway, AR and Little Rock, AR. In addition, I provide in person therapy services at several ALF facilities in between Little and Cabot AR. I previously worked on the Geriatric Behavioral Health unit at Baptist for 4 years. I have additional experience working with adolescents at Youth Home Inc in Little Rock, Arkansas for 2 years. I have worked with individuals, families, groups. older adults, and adolescents dealing with a variety of mental health issues ranging from depression to dementia. I am a certified Sandtray Play Therapist. I am trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, and Grief Counseling. I opened my private practice in the hope of helping people find healing, hope, strength, personal growth and new ways of coping in a broken and often complex world.
