Susanna Aich, LCSW

My name is Susanna Aich. I am a licensed certified social worker practicing in the state of Arkansas. I graduated with a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Arkansas Little Rock in 2017. My practice is located in Conway, Arkansas. I have worked the last five years at Baptist Behavioral Health on the adult psych and geriatric psych inpatient units. I have additional experience working with adolescents at Youth Home Inc in Little Rock, Arkansas for 2 years. I have worked with individuals, families, groups and adolescents dealing with a variety of mental health issues ranging from depression to dementia. I will be certified in Sandtray Therapy and Grief Counseling in 2022. I decided to open a private practice in October of 2020 in the hope of helping people find healing, peace, hope, personal growth and new ways of coping in a broken world.
