My name is Susanna Aich. I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker practicing in the state of Arkansas. I graduated with a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Arkansas Little Rock in 2017 and attained my LCSW license in 2019. I have been in private practice since October of 2020. I have two practice locations: Conway, AR and Little Rock, AR. In addition, I provide in person therapy services at several Assisted Living facilities in between Little and Cabot AR. I previously worked on the Geriatric Behavioral Health unit at Baptist for 4 years. Prior to this I worked with teens at Youth Home Inc, in Little Rock, AR. I believe therapy is a collaborative healing journey centered on self-discovery, emotional growth, and building lasting resiliency. My practice is grounded in a client-centered framework: you are the expert on your own life, lived experience, and goals, while I serve as your expert guide in mental health and clinical interventions. Together, we create a safe, supportive space to navigate life’s challenges, process painful experiences, and foster meaningful personal transformation. I specialize in helping individuals navigate complex emotional landscapes across several core areas: Trauma & PTSD: Healing emotional wounds, releasing painful memories stored in the body, and restoring a felt sense of internal safety. Grief & Loss: Honoring individual grieving processes, processing secondary losses, and finding ways to accommodate change while holding space for love and memory. Anxiety & Stress Management: Regulating the autonomic nervous system, quieting overwhelming worry, and developing grounding practices for daily life. Depression & Mood Stabilization: Uncovering underlying roots of sadness or numbness, rebuilding self-compassion, and reconnecting with purpose and hope. Difficult Life Transitions: Navigating personal, professional, or relational shifts with psychological flexibility, clarity, and self-efficacy. My Pledge or Goal as a Therapist: Establishing Safety & Connection: We begin by building trust, establishing a supportive therapeutic alliance, and developing self-soothing and grounding tools. Exploration & Processing: Using integrative tools, we gently explore underlying patterns, process unresolved trauma or grief, and unpack emotional barriers.
